The buzz surrounding Midjourney version 6 has been significant. Artists have been posting outstanding examples of what this tool’s latest image-generation engine can do. Suffice it to say Midjourney v6 is the crème de la crème when it comes generative AI art.
Since its launch in July 2022, Midjourney has generally been regarded as the best AI text-to-image generator. Unfortunately, Midjourney is not a true application; it is a hack that requires users to visit the company’s community on Discord, assuming they have an account, and post their prompts in a “Community Gallery” thread.
It’s as user-unfriendly as they come. The developers, however, do have a sense of humor. The last security access their Discord community “requires” is to “Record a mixtape” using your account. 😂
